For 3 days we will turn off cell phones, if possible be without Wifi, and tune into nature as much as possible. We will eat and drink yummy healthy foods, do some Yoga, some movement (dance), sound baths, and more ,,,

On the fourth (optional) day  we will have an outing to a sacred spot. Location depends on weather and participant ability.

 ~ Move in a conscious way.

You will have tools to take home with you and continue using  them on a daily or so basis.
